Your free trial will start with a quick tour of the gym. Then, we will answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some examples of common questions might be:
- Do I have to be in shape to get started?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come to the gym?
- What membership plan would work best for me?
Then we will work with you to determine what the best next step will be to meet your goals. This is the best way to get started and you will leave with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. This visit will give you some great insight to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
