Schedule

The group classes at our gym typically follow the following schedule.

  • Sunday: 11:00am-12:00pm (Open Gym)
  • Monday-Thursday: 5:30-6:30am & 5:30-6:30pm
  • Friday: 5:30-6:30am
  • Saturday: 8:00-9:00am (Free Workout)

The youth classes at our gym are currently offered twice a week.

  • Monday & Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm & 7:30-8:30pm
