The group classes at our gym typically follow the following schedule.
- Sunday: 11:00am-12:00pm (Open Gym)
- Monday-Thursday: 5:30-6:30am & 5:30-6:30pm
- Friday: 5:30-6:30am
- Saturday: 8:00-9:00am (Free Workout)
The youth classes at our gym are currently offered twice a week.
- Monday & Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm & 7:30-8:30pm
